Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté sliced mushrooms until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Gradually pour in heavy cream while stirring; let simmer until slightly thickened (3-5 minutes).
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring every strand is coated.
