- 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 2 cups fresh spinach (washed)
- 1 cup cremini mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients.
- Clean and slice the mushrooms, then wash the spinach thoroughly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender. Stir in minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet, stirring gently while adding grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Fold in the fresh spinach until wilted, then return pork chops to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
