- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk mixed with salt and pepper for at least one hour.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs mixed with Cajun seasoning.
- Dredge each marinated chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy; drain on paper towels.
- Assemble sandwiches by spreading sauce on toasted brioche buns and layering with crispy chicken, lettuce, and tomato.
