Instructions

  1. Place the frozen or thawed chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth until the chicken is submerged.
  3. Add mixed vegetables, garlic powder, thyme, parsley, and soy sauce. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked (internal temperature of 165°F), shred the chicken with two forks and mix well before serving.
