- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 oz ranch dressing mix
- 1 oz au jus gravy mix
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (½ stick)
- ½ cup sliced pepperoncinis (plus some juice for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Place the boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and scatter on top of the chicken.
- Add sliced pepperoncinis and a splash of juice from the jar.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken shreds easily.
