Instructions
- Prepare your workspace with a saucepan, thermometer, and lined baking sheet.
- In the saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat; stir until dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a boil without stirring until it reaches 300°F (150°C).
- Remove from heat and quickly add flavor extracts and food coloring.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and allow it to cool completely.
- Once hardened, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
