Ingredients
Scale
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Smoked paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 9-12 minutes based on desired firmness.
- Cool Them Down: Transfer eggs to an ice bath immediately after boiling to stop cooking and make peeling easier.
- Peel with Care: Tap each egg gently on the counter and roll between your palms to crack the shell before peeling.
- Make the Filling: Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill Those Whites: Spoon or pipe the filling back into each egg white half.
- Add Final Touches: Sprinkle smoked paprika on top for garnish before serving.
