With just a handful of simple ingredients and straightforward preparation, you can whip up this crowd-pleaser in no time.

  • Total Time: 22 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Smoked paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 9-12 minutes based on desired firmness.
  2. Cool Them Down: Transfer eggs to an ice bath immediately after boiling to stop cooking and make peeling easier.
  3. Peel with Care: Tap each egg gently on the counter and roll between your palms to crack the shell before peeling.
  4. Make the Filling: Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Fill Those Whites: Spoon or pipe the filling back into each egg white half.
  6. Add Final Touches: Sprinkle smoked paprika on top for garnish before serving.
