Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a gentle boil. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool and peel: Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel the shells off gently.
- Prepare the filling: Slice each egg in half lengthwise, scoop yolks into a bowl, and mash until crumbly.
- Mix ingredients: Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet relish, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Fill egg whites: Use a spoon or piping bag to fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish: Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs before serving.
