- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 12 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in whipped topping and then whisk in milk and pudding mix until smooth.
- In a trifle dish or large bowl, layer half of the cookie crust followed by half of the filling; repeat layers.
- Finish with remaining cookie crumbs on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
