- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine canned pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or coconut cream.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm but scoopable.
- Serve in bowls or cups and top with toasted coconut flakes or fresh fruit slices if desired.
