Instructions

- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Gradually pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more cheese if desired.
- Finish with chopped parsley before serving.
