- 3 ripe bananas (about 1.5 cups mashed)

- ⅓ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Mix in melted butter, then add sugar; stir until combined.
- Crack in the eggs and whisk until the batter is shiny.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
