- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon if using.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
