  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in chipotle ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, grilled chicken slices, shredded cheese, avocado slices, and cilantro.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from one end to the other.
