Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in chipotle ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Lay out each tortilla and layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, grilled chicken slices, shredded cheese, avocado slices, and cilantro.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice diagonally in half and serve warm with extra chipotle ranch dressing on the side.
