- 6 medium flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
- Sliced jalapeños (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with half of the chili sauce and half of the cheese.
- Lay out one tortilla at a time, spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, and roll tightly.
- Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the remaining chili sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with leftover cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for five minutes before serving. Garnish with cilantro and jalapeños.
