Enchiladas are a comforting and flavorful dish that brings joy to any meal. Ingredients

  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Sliced jalapeños (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with half of the chili sauce and half of the cheese.
  3. Lay out one tortilla at a time, spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, and roll tightly.
  4. Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining chili sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with leftover cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for five minutes before serving. Garnish with cilantro and jalapeños.
