- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Finely chop or grind the chicken breasts in a food processor until smooth but not pureed.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into ¾-inch thick patties and place on parchment-lined plate.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat (about 350°F). Fry patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
