Instructions

- Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine mixtures: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; lumps are fine.
- Preheat skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Cook pancakes: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (another 1-2 minutes).
