Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil while mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the risen dough gently and transfer it to an oiled baking sheet. Stretch into your desired shape.
