- Boneless beef roast (chuck)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the beef roast with salt and pepper and sear in a hot skillet until browned.
- Transfer the roast to a slow cooker, add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, cover, and cook on low for six hours until tender.
- Sauté sliced onions until golden brown.
- Shred the cooked beef with two forks; layer onto slider buns with sautéed onions and Swiss cheese.
- Broil assembled sliders on a baking sheet for about two minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with warm au jus for dipping.
