Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Cut each slice of bread into quarters to create stick shapes.
- Dip each bread stick into the custard mixture briefly to coat.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add coated sticks to the skillet in a single layer; cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip sticks and cook until golden on all sides.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or your choice of toppings.
