Instructions

- Mix the base: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips: Gently fold in chocolate chips with a spatula without overmixing.
- Scoop into molds: Spoon mixture into ice cube tray or silicone molds, packing slightly.
- Freeze time: Place molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Enjoy: Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
