  • 1/4 cup sugar (for filling)
  • 1 large egg (for filling)
  • Fresh seasonal fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, peaches)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cold butter until crumbly.
  3. Add one egg and vanilla extract; mix until dough forms.
  4. Press dough into a tart pan; chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake the crust for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
  6. In another bowl, blend cream cheese with sugar until smooth; add one egg and mix well.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the baked crust and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
