- Fresh seasonal fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, peaches)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Add one egg and vanilla extract; mix until dough forms.
- Press dough into a tart pan; chill for 30 minutes.
- Bake the crust for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese with sugar until smooth; add one egg and mix well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the baked crust and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Once cooled, arrange fresh fruits on top before serving.
