- 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles
- 1 cup white chocolate melts
- Lollipop sticks
- Paraffin wax paper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix with eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake in a mixing bowl and blend in sprinkles and enough frosting to bind without being soggy.
- Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip each lollipop stick into melted chocolate before inserting it halfway into each ball.
- Dip each ball fully into melted chocolate and sprinkle additional toppings if desired. Place upright on wax paper to cool.
