Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles
  • 1 cup white chocolate melts
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Paraffin wax paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix with eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake in a mixing bowl and blend in sprinkles and enough frosting to bind without being soggy.
  5. Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  6. Melt chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip each lollipop stick into melted chocolate before inserting it halfway into each ball.
  7. Dip each ball fully into melted chocolate and sprinkle additional toppings if desired. Place upright on wax paper to cool.
