- 1 baguette or Italian bread (about 12 oz)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and parsley until well blended.
- Slice the baguette lengthwise and generously spread the garlic butter mixture on both halves.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
