- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 8 soft corn tortillas
- Toppings: lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese (as desired)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add minced garlic and butter; stir until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Mix in honey and BBQ sauce; stir to coat beef evenly. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm taco shells as per package instructions or lightly toast them.
- Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture and top with your choice of lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
