- 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Mix in lemon juice and parsley, then pour the garlic butter over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
