- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Baste half of the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets and reserve the rest.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
