  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Baste half of the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets and reserve the rest.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
