- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until foamy. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down into the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
