- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather and rinse shrimp under cold water; pat dry.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until bubbling.
- Add minced garlic to the butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp in a single layer; season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately on a platter or over pasta/rice to soak up the sauce.
