- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth (low sodium)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season the diced steak with salt and black pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Transfer garlic-butter mixture to a crockpot; add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place seasoned steak pieces in the crockpot, cover, and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Toss gently before serving and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
