- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut the sirloin into uniform bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter until bubbling. Add the steak pieces in batches, searing for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the remaining butter and chopped parsley to the skillet, tossing to coat all pieces evenly.
- Just before serving, drizzle lemon juice over the steak bites to enhance flavor.
