- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (for wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined; remove from heat.
- Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface into squares about 4 inches wide.
- Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each square, fold over to seal.
- Beat the egg with a tablespoon of water; brush over each bomb for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
