Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add ground beef. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined; remove from heat.
  4. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface into squares about 4 inches wide.
  5. Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each square, fold over to seal.
  6. Beat the egg with a tablespoon of water; brush over each bomb for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
