- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden (1-2 minutes).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken; pour in heavy cream and scrape up any brown bits from the skillet. Simmer gently while stirring.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Combine cooked pasta and sliced chicken with the creamy sauce; add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
- Toss to combine, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
