- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in heavy cream, then add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet or place in the baking dish; pour sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Let rest before serving.
