Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, following package instructions.
