- 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously; let it simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, ensuring each strand is coated in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
