Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in molasses and egg until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets; roll each ball in granulated sugar.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
