- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and brown sugar in another bowl until fluffy.
- Add molasses and eggs; mix until smooth.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture and fold in milk until just incorporated.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan; smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
