- 1/2 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, molasses, vegetable oil, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined—avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean when inserted.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
