- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Create a well in the center and add Greek yogurt and honey.
- Gradually combine until you form a shaggy dough.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead gently for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into eight equal pieces, roll into balls, and poke a hole in each to shape the bagels.
- Boil each bagel in water for 30 seconds on each side for that chewy texture.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake boiled bagels on a parchment-lined sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
