- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp chili powder
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 2 tbsp lime juice
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
 - Husk the corn, removing silk and husks.
 - Brush each ear lightly with olive oil.
 - In a small bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; generously sprinkle over the corn.
 - Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
 - Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lime juice over each ear before serving.
