- 8 oz halloumi cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Slice halloumi into half-inch thick pieces.
- Brush each slice lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle chopped herbs on both sides of the cheese slices; press gently to adhere.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve warm.
