- 1 fresh ripe pineapple

- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
- Slice the pineapple into rings or wedges about ½ inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Drizzle lime juice over pineapple slices and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place pineapple on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized.
- Serve warm, optionally sprinkling more cinnamon on top.
