Instructions
- Prepare your pineapple by cutting off the top and bottom, then slice off the outer skin. Cut into thick rings or wedges.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter into a smooth glaze.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) and brush grates with oil.
- Grill pineapple slices for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with the cinnamon-sugar mixture until caramelized.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over grilled slices before serving.
