- 4 large Portobello mushrooms
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Clean the Portobello caps with a damp paper towel; do not rinse under water.
- Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
- Grill the marinated mushrooms for 5-7 minutes per side until tender and charred.
- Serve warm, drizzled with any remaining marinade.
