- 8 wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated parmesan, paprika, and olive oil until well combined.
- Marinate the Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Skewer the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken pieces onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (around 400°F).
- Grill the Skewers: Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Serve: Let rest briefly before serving with fresh veggies or over rice.
