Instructions
- Wash and slice all vegetables into uniform pieces.
- Thread the veggies onto skewers, alternating colors for visual appeal.
- Drizzle olive oil over the skewers and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F / 190°C).
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
- Allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
