Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces, chop pineapple, slice bell peppers, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
- Create the marinade: Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Sauté the chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Combine vegetables: Add bell peppers and pineapple to the skillet; stir until slightly softened.
- Thicken the sauce: Mix cornstarch with water until smooth; add to skillet while stirring until thickened (2-3 minutes).
- Serve hot over rice or noodles; garnish with green onions.
