- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- 4 brioche burger buns
- Your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, sauces)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder and onion powder until well mixed. Form into 8 golf ball-sized patties.
- Place cheese in the center of half the patties. Top each stuffed patty with another flat patty and seal edges tightly.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill stuffed patties for about 5-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Toast burger buns on the grill until golden brown. Assemble burgers with desired toppings and enjoy!
