Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all pieces are well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat your grill.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes or grill each side for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
